2024 Stressgard® Spring Savings Program Quebec

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
Plant Products Inc. (“Plant Products”) as appointed by 2022 Environmental Science CA Inc. (“Envu”) to supply eligible product (as described below) during the promotional period (as described below).

PROGRAM:
Upon meeting all the terms and conditions of this Program, total net purchases by qualifying golf courses and sod farms in Quebec of eligible products from Plant Products during the promotional period are eligible to receive an off-invoice rebate (as set forth below) in accordance with this program. The off-invoice rebate will be provided to the golf course or sod farm by Plant Products and reimbursed to Plant Products by Envu in accordance with the time frame listed in the rebate reimbursement section.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:
Envu’s Exteris^TM Stressgard^® (2x10L), Mirage^TM Stressgard^® (2x5L), Dedicate^TM Stressgard^® (2x5L), and Tetrino^TM (4x2L)

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
April 15, 2024 through to June 21, 2024

PROGRAM CONDITIONS:

• At the end of the program term, total purchases of Exteris Stressgard, Mirage Stressgard, and Dedicate Stressgard will be verified by means of Bayer’s agents’ sales reports
• Plant Products must supply Envu with hard copy invoices of Tetrino purchases made by golf courses and sod farms by the dates as indicated below to be eligible for reimbursement under this program
• To be eligible, eligible participants in the program must purchase eligible products, namely: Envu’s Exteris Stressgard, Mirage Stressgard, Dedicate Stressgard and Tetrino, from Plant Products during the promotional period
• All sales are final. No returns shall be accepted for purchases of eligible products during this program

Each purchase of eligible product(s) will conclusively determine the program rebate available for that purchase. Eligible products purchased at various or different intervals during the promotional period may not be combined in any manner whatsoever for the purposes of seeking higher rebates or other benefits available under the program.

PROGRAM TERMS

• The program is subject to product availability
• The program begins April 14, 2024, and ends June 21, 2024
• Envu’s interpretation of the program is final

REBATE REIMBURSEMENT
Eligible program invoices will be administered by Envu (if duly and satisfactorily received by Envu by the dates noted below) in the following manner:

• Invoices received June 30, 2024, through July 30, 2024 – reimbursement will be issued by September 5, 2024
• Invoices received July 31, 2024, through September 5, 2024 – reimbursement will be issued by December 15, 2024
• All invoices submitted for reimbursement must clearly reflect and include the statement: 2024 Stressgard Spring Savings Program
